Game project begins in November 2017. Early in 2019 game project was working as subcategory of development and innovation in business unit. Therefore, 4-6 young people in team of game project has launched game, additionally, developed mobile games, developed interactive apps based on gamification and provided entertainment content. At the present time game making unit includes 13 people working full time or part time, 10 people who are responsible for outsourcing. 15 people of them are working in game making studio, 8 people in developing services unit and in interactive apps section. In 2019 game making studio of business development and innovation succeeded to launch 5 mobile game. Moreover, apps developing unit developed and launched 3 service-based and content-based apps. Integrated service for game is one of Avije products which is used in the company as a knowledge-based product. Developing game service for other game studios are one of long-term plans of this game making unit. Business develop and innovation department has launched research and develop team to have a new business lines in future to improve product development strategies. The team is responsible for monitoring and analyzing market of current product, monitoring new market to gathering strategies for new products, and to study new essays and tools in producing apps and games. Moreover, the team have improved functional knowledge of Avije by considering native and foreign experts. Avije game making factory cooperate to other studio and apps developer companies based on experience regarding recognizing issues and product development process.
